Collection and Return

Collection and return from a client within the UK Mainland only. Collection cost for goods too us is £31.00. Once you proceed to the checkout the website will calculate the total cost of the collection and charge you accordingly.

ICubes will collect your goods up to 10kg from any address within the UK Mainland. In the delivery instructions on the check out page enter the collection address and collection date. Collections are only done Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and exclude Bank & Public holidays. Collections must be arranged 24 hours prior to the goods being picked up, our couriers will not pick up on the same day a collection request is made.

Once the goods are ready to go back to you we will contact you for delivery details via the eNote system.
